EFFECTS: has lead to zero capital with WB, no much money to trade with in the stock market, growing rise in Dollar over Naira.

EFFECTS: the "70 bags of garri that ought to last us 700 pple for 70 days was selfishly taken by one man ön the 10th day now ntin to eat for the next 60days, low Investment in d country, so what do u expect frm other country that depend on other country for everything?
